Katy's Family

I had the pleasure of photographing Katy's family yesterday. They were such a fun group and so colorful which is awesome! I did realize it's tough to get all five people to look and smile at the camera at the same time but did manage a few :)

Here is a teaser for Katy and her family. Enjoy!

A Smile and A Boo-Boo

Eli has been smiling for about a week or so but I finally got it on camera. It's not the greatest picture but I LOVE it. Also Meredith fell from the stairs in our house today and got a little boo-boo above her eye. Poor baby also has been fighting a fever the past couple of days. I hope she's better tomorrow

Play Time

We got outside this weekend for a few pictures. I don't normally take anything other than snapshots outdoors but wanted to try something different than what I do in the studio. Meredith had fun swinging and mommy had fun snapping some pictures :)

Our Easter Session

I had a little fun with the kids last weekend for their Easter Pictures. Meredith was really into it! Eli was sleeping (as usual).

Big Chair, Little Baby

I can't wait to get this kid in my studio!! In the mean time I've been playing with my 50mm lens in the living room with natural light. Here are a few from yesterday. Eli is 1 week old in these pictures. He kind of looks like a little jailbird in the b&w pictures lol

Valentine's Flowers

My husband brought home some roses for Valentine's day. They turned out really pretty and these were taken the next day. I think they are even prettier today (17th)!!

Tulips

Tulips are some of my favorite flowers. I bought these about a week ago from the grocery store and wanted a picture or two before they go back down into their bulbs.
